Restaurant ka hisaab aur table kaise sambhale

Rush mein bill yaad se banega to galat hoga. Table yaad se baithega to do mehmaan ek hi bill pe aa jayenge. Hisaab raat ko memory se nahi, order list se band hona chahiye.

Bill kahan bigadta hai

Counter pe do kaam ek saath hote hain. Ek table extra dish maangta hai, doosra parcel le jaata hai, aur board pe price purana reh jaata hai. Jo aadmi bill bana raha hai, wahi kitchen ko chillata hai. Pehla order dimaag se hat jaata hai.

Mehmaan ko yeh chain nahi dikhta. Unhe total galat dikhta hai, ya bill ka wait dikhta hai. Chhote restaurant mein yahi complaint ban jaati hai, khana theek hone ke baad bhi.

Table aur KOT ka simple rule

Pavement ya patio ho to us table ka number bhi do. Andar ka Table 2 aur bahar ka Table 2 alag hone chahiye, warna slip ulajh jayegi.

Cash aur UPI raat ko kaise milayein

UPI phone pe aata hai. Cash drawer mein hota hai. Dono ko order number se jodo, screenshot ki gallery se nahi. Agar ek table ka aadha UPI aaya aur aadha cash baaki hai, table ko paid mat maano.

Lunch khatam hote hi us service ka hisaab dekh lo. Raat tak yaad nahi rehta kaunsa note drawer se nikal gaya tha. Shift badalte waqt khule orders ki list dekho. Sirf bolne se handover nahi hota.

Menu ka price aap khud badal sakte ho. Kaunsa table free hai, woh screen pe dikhta hai. Din, hafta, mahina, ya jo dates aap chuno, uski sale aur best seller dikhte hain. Cash aur UPI alag dikhte hain.

Swiggy ya Zomato ka order apne aap nahi aata. Aap us order ko source ke saath mark karte ho, tab kitchen ki list mein aata hai aur us din ki sale mein judta hai.

W8R galat price ko theek nahi karega jo aapne type kiya. Jo menu save hai, wahi bill hoga. Demo ke liye restaurant ka naam aur phone bhej do.

Aaj ki service mein kya karein

Ek service choose karo, lunch ya dinner. Usme har order screen pe lo, slip print karo, bill print karo. Raat ko poora mahina mat sudhaaro. Sirf yeh dekho kitni baar total galat hone ki wajah se item hataana pada.

Agar table screen pe busy hai aur aankh se khaali lag raha hai, screen maan lo jab tak khula bill na mil jaaye. Mumbai ke chhote room mein yahi ek rule double seating rok deta hai.
