Dine-in and delivery tickets in Chandivali
Updated 25 October 2026
W8R is restaurant billing and table software for Chandivali, Mumbai. It is one product for the city, used on a phone, tablet, or computer. This page is about how a restaurant around Chandivali and the ridge between Powai and Andheri East actually runs, and where orders, bills, and tables usually slip.
A restaurant day in Chandivali
Chandivali kitchens serve residents and the offices beside Powai. Many do more delivery than dine-in. The dine-in rooms that exist are small and fill at lunch. Teams are tight. Orders often start life in a phone chat.
Where the day breaks
The rider arrives and the bag is not ready because the order never became a ticket. Lunch dine-in then waits because the kitchen is firefighting the missed deliveries.
One fix on the floor
Move the order out of chat and onto a ticket before you accept the next one. Chat is not a kitchen system.
How W8R fits Chandivali
You enter the order in W8R, including a Swiggy or Zomato order you received yourself, and the kitchen sees it with everything else. Sales include those orders because you entered them. The apps are not connected.
The same screen prints the guest bill and the kitchen slip on the 80mm thermal printer you already have. The QR on the bill can carry the bill amount, so the guest pays the figure on the paper. You change menu prices yourself. You can see what sold for a day, a week, a month, or dates you pick. If you also sell on Swiggy or Zomato, you mark that order yourself. It does not arrive from those apps on its own.
Who it suits here
Around Chandivali and the ridge between Powai and Andheri East, the usual rooms are cloud kitchens, small dine-in, and office lunch. If your outlet is closer to Powai, read the notes for Powai as well. The product is the same. The rush is not.
W8R will not correct a price you typed wrong, and it will not replace a cook. It keeps the order, the table, the slip, and the payment in one list so the close is not a memory test.
