Daily sales tracking for restaurants in Vikhroli
Updated 25 October 2026
W8R is restaurant billing and table software for Vikhroli, Mumbai. It is one product for the city, used on a phone, tablet, or computer. This page is about how a restaurant around Vikhroli station, LBS Marg, and the office and residential towers actually runs, and where orders, bills, and tables usually slip.
A restaurant day in Vikhroli
Vikhroli restaurants serve office campuses and residential towers. Lunch is a campus rush that wants a fast, correct bill. Dinner is families who keep adding to the table. New outlets here are still setting the daily routine, often with a small team that changes between services.
Where the day breaks
The day is copied into a spreadsheet at night and the lunch-versus-dinner picture is still fuzzy. Campus guests will not wait for a handwritten total. Dinner additions never reach that spreadsheet.
One fix on the floor
Close lunch as a set of settled orders. Then open dinner tables on the same system. Do not rebuild the day in a sheet.
How W8R fits Vikhroli
W8R is the order list and the sales screen together. Tables, KOT slips, and printed bills cover dinner. The lunch hour is already in the day.
The same screen prints the guest bill and the kitchen slip on the 80mm thermal printer you already have. The QR on the bill can carry the bill amount, so the guest pays the figure on the paper. You change menu prices yourself. You can see what sold for a day, a week, a month, or dates you pick. If you also sell on Swiggy or Zomato, you mark that order yourself. It does not arrive from those apps on its own.
Who it suits here
Around Vikhroli station, LBS Marg, and the office and residential towers, the usual rooms are office lunch, family restaurants, and cafes. If your outlet is closer to Ghatkopar, read the notes for Ghatkopar as well. The product is the same. The rush is not.
W8R will not correct a price you typed wrong, and it will not replace a cook. It keeps the order, the table, the slip, and the payment in one list so the close is not a memory test.
