Run restaurant billing on a phone in Bhandup
Updated 25 October 2026
W8R is restaurant billing and table software for Bhandup, Mumbai. It is one product for the city, used on a phone, tablet, or computer. This page is about how a restaurant around Bhandup station and the colonies along LBS Marg actually runs, and where orders, bills, and tables usually slip.
A restaurant day in Bhandup
Bhandup restaurants are everyday rooms for people who live here. Bills are moderate. Weekends are when families eat out. Parcels go to nearby buildings. The owner is usually the cashier and is often needed in the kitchen at the same time.
Where the day breaks
When the owner steps into the kitchen, new orders are shouted. A parcel and a table are told in one breath. At close, UPI alerts and cash do not match the plates that left the pass.
One fix on the floor
Take the order on the phone before you walk into the kitchen. Let the printed slip be the message. Settle the payment on that same order when you come back out.
How W8R fits Bhandup
W8R runs on the owner's phone, prints the kitchen slip, and keeps cash and UPI against the orders. You do not need a separate cashier desk.
The same screen prints the guest bill and the kitchen slip on the 80mm thermal printer you already have. The QR on the bill can carry the bill amount, so the guest pays the figure on the paper. You change menu prices yourself. You can see what sold for a day, a week, a month, or dates you pick. If you also sell on Swiggy or Zomato, you mark that order yourself. It does not arrive from those apps on its own.
Who it suits here
Around Bhandup station and the colonies along LBS Marg, the usual rooms are local restaurants, family dining, and parcel counters. If your outlet is closer to Kanjurmarg, read the notes for Kanjurmarg as well. The product is the same. The rush is not.
W8R will not correct a price you typed wrong, and it will not replace a cook. It keeps the order, the table, the slip, and the payment in one list so the close is not a memory test.
