Table management for restaurants in Goregaon
Updated 25 October 2026
W8R is restaurant billing and table software for Goregaon, Mumbai. It is one product for the city, used on a phone, tablet, or computer. This page is about how a restaurant around Goregaon station, the Film City side, and Goregaon West actually runs, and where orders, bills, and tables usually slip.
A restaurant day in Goregaon
Goregaon has become a full dining suburb. The west side has dense residential restaurants. The east side has offices and Film City traffic. Families eat out on weekends. Weekday lunch is faster. Newer outlets still bill like a much smaller shop.
Where the day breaks
A room that grew is still on the old notebook. Weekend tables are double-booked in the host's head. A large family order loses the last two items because they were spoken after the first ticket.
One fix on the floor
Put the table list on a screen the host can see. Print the full item list for every family table, and add the last-minute items before they go to the pass.
How W8R fits Goregaon
W8R shows free and busy tables and prints the kitchen slip with the items. You add dessert to the same table. The owner can look at that Saturday on its own.
The same screen prints the guest bill and the kitchen slip on the 80mm thermal printer you already have. The QR on the bill can carry the bill amount, so the guest pays the figure on the paper. You change menu prices yourself. You can see what sold for a day, a week, a month, or dates you pick. If you also sell on Swiggy or Zomato, you mark that order yourself. It does not arrive from those apps on its own.
Who it suits here
Around Goregaon station, the Film City side, and Goregaon West, the usual rooms are family restaurants, casual dining, and cafes. If your outlet is closer to Malad, read the notes for Malad as well. The product is the same. The rush is not.
W8R will not correct a price you typed wrong, and it will not replace a cook. It keeps the order, the table, the slip, and the payment in one list so the close is not a memory test.
