Restaurant billing software in Malad
Updated 25 October 2026
W8R is restaurant billing and table software for Malad, Mumbai. It is one product for the city, used on a phone, tablet, or computer. This page is about how a restaurant around Malad station, Inorbit, and the west-side residential restaurants actually runs, and where orders, bills, and tables usually slip.
A restaurant day in Malad
Malad is a large residential dining market. Mall crowds and independent restaurants both pull the weekend. Independent rooms on the west side depend on families who will switch outlets if the bill is wrong. UPI is normal. Cash is still present.
Where the day breaks
One cashier faces the weekend peak and the phone for parcels. Tables wait for the bill. The kitchen guesses which ticket is the large table. Afterward the owner rebuilds sales from UPI screenshots.
One fix on the floor
Give the large table its own number and its own slips. Take phone parcels on a token so they do not block table bills.
How W8R fits Malad
W8R lets one counter handle table bills and separate parcel orders, with a printed slip for each. You see the sales after the weekend without a screenshot gallery.
The same screen prints the guest bill and the kitchen slip on the 80mm thermal printer you already have. The QR on the bill can carry the bill amount, so the guest pays the figure on the paper. You change menu prices yourself. You can see what sold for a day, a week, a month, or dates you pick. If you also sell on Swiggy or Zomato, you mark that order yourself. It does not arrive from those apps on its own.
Who it suits here
Around Malad station, Inorbit, and the west-side residential restaurants, the usual rooms are family restaurants, food-court style counters, and casual dining. If your outlet is closer to Goregaon, read the notes for Goregaon as well. The product is the same. The rush is not.
W8R will not correct a price you typed wrong, and it will not replace a cook. It keeps the order, the table, the slip, and the payment in one list so the close is not a memory test.
