Daily sales tracking for restaurants in Oshiwara
Updated 25 October 2026
W8R is restaurant billing and table software for Oshiwara, Mumbai. It is one product for the city, used on a phone, tablet, or computer. This page is about how a restaurant around Oshiwara and the restaurant strip toward Goregaon West actually runs, and where orders, bills, and tables usually slip.
A restaurant day in Oshiwara
Oshiwara has a long row of restaurants mixed with residential blocks. Dinner is the main service. Groups are common. Bills are split awkwardly: one person pays UPI, another pays cash. Kitchens also deal with many similar starters.
Where the day breaks
The table is marked paid because one UPI arrived, while the cash portion is still unpaid. The next group sits on a half-paid bill. Starters shouted from the floor are the items missing on the final total.
One fix on the floor
Do not mark the table free until every part of the bill is settled. If two people pay, record both against the same order before you clear it.
How W8R fits Oshiwara
W8R keeps the order open until you settle it and shows payment types for the day. Kitchen slips carry the items so starters do not depend on a shout.
The same screen prints the guest bill and the kitchen slip on the 80mm thermal printer you already have. The QR on the bill can carry the bill amount, so the guest pays the figure on the paper. You change menu prices yourself. You can see what sold for a day, a week, a month, or dates you pick. If you also sell on Swiggy or Zomato, you mark that order yourself. It does not arrive from those apps on its own.
Who it suits here
Around Oshiwara and the restaurant strip toward Goregaon West, the usual rooms are casual dining, group restaurants, and cafes. If your outlet is closer to Lokhandwala, read the notes for Lokhandwala as well. The product is the same. The rush is not.
W8R will not correct a price you typed wrong, and it will not replace a cook. It keeps the order, the table, the slip, and the payment in one list so the close is not a memory test.
