Dine-in and delivery tickets in Lokhandwala
Updated 25 October 2026
W8R is restaurant billing and table software for Lokhandwala, Mumbai. It is one product for the city, used on a phone, tablet, or computer. This page is about how a restaurant around Lokhandwala Complex and the restaurant lanes of Andheri West actually runs, and where orders, bills, and tables usually slip.
A restaurant day in Lokhandwala
Lokhandwala is dense with restaurants, cloud kitchens, and cafes serving Andheri West apartments. Delivery bags and dine-in tables share kitchens. Sunday evenings fill family rooms. Weeknights still have a steady takeaway trade.
Where the day breaks
The room and the riders compete. Verbal tickets mean the dine-in guest waits while bags go out, or a rider leaves with the table's food. The owner cannot see which side made the money today.
One fix on the floor
Print every ticket, delivery or dine-in, with a name or a table. Once an hour, see which side is waiting and tell the kitchen which ticket is next.
How W8R fits Lokhandwala
W8R prints the kitchen slip for each order. You mark Zomato, Swiggy, or another source yourself so it sits with your tickets. The apps do not push orders in. Sales include what you entered.
The same screen prints the guest bill and the kitchen slip on the 80mm thermal printer you already have. The QR on the bill can carry the bill amount, so the guest pays the figure on the paper. You change menu prices yourself. You can see what sold for a day, a week, a month, or dates you pick. If you also sell on Swiggy or Zomato, you mark that order yourself. It does not arrive from those apps on its own.
Who it suits here
Around Lokhandwala Complex and the restaurant lanes of Andheri West, the usual rooms are family restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens. If your outlet is closer to Versova, read the notes for Versova as well. The product is the same. The rush is not.
W8R will not correct a price you typed wrong, and it will not replace a cook. It keeps the order, the table, the slip, and the payment in one list so the close is not a memory test.
