Daily sales tracking for restaurants in Wadala
Updated 25 October 2026
W8R is restaurant billing and table software for Wadala, Mumbai. It is one product for the city, used on a phone, tablet, or computer. This page is about how a restaurant around Wadala station and the newer residential blocks actually runs, and where orders, bills, and tables usually slip.
A restaurant day in Wadala
Wadala has older local eateries and newer residential demand. Restaurants are spread out rather than packed onto one food street. Lunch serves people working nearby. Dinner serves families. Volume is moderate, which tempts owners to stay on paper.
Where the day breaks
Paper works until a second staff member joins or a weekend booking fills the room. The owner cannot see which dishes sold, because the paper was thrown out at close. The next week's buying repeats last week's guess.
One fix on the floor
Keep the order list after you close. Look at the top items before you order ingredients. Do this on quiet Tuesdays too, so the habit exists before a busy Sunday.
How W8R fits Wadala
W8R keeps the day's orders so you can see best sellers and the split of cash and UPI. You still print a simple bill and kitchen slip when the room is quiet.
The same screen prints the guest bill and the kitchen slip on the 80mm thermal printer you already have. The QR on the bill can carry the bill amount, so the guest pays the figure on the paper. You change menu prices yourself. You can see what sold for a day, a week, a month, or dates you pick. If you also sell on Swiggy or Zomato, you mark that order yourself. It does not arrive from those apps on its own.
Who it suits here
Around Wadala station and the newer residential blocks, the usual rooms are family restaurants, local dine-in, and small cafes. If your outlet is closer to Sion, read the notes for Sion as well. The product is the same. The rush is not.
W8R will not correct a price you typed wrong, and it will not replace a cook. It keeps the order, the table, the slip, and the payment in one list so the close is not a memory test.
